Terms of Service
The rules for using HTMLPicker. Simple, fair, and transparent.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and IKOALA INC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), the developer and publisher of the HTMLPicker browser extension. By installing or using HTMLPicker ("Extension") or visiting htmlpicker.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or Website.
2. Description of Service
HTMLPicker is a browser extension that lets you pick any element on a webpage to extract colors (HEX, RGB, HSL), CSS properties, fonts, and generate AI implementation prompts. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not require an account.
3. Use License
Subject to these Terms, IKOALA INC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HTMLPicker for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the Extension.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you access through HTMLPicker. We do not access, store, or transmit your content. All processing remains on your device.
5. AI Prompt Generation
HTMLPicker can generate AI implementation prompts based on extracted CSS data. These prompts are generated locally in your browser. You are responsible for how you use these prompts with third-party AI tools.
6. Intellectual Property
The HTMLPicker Extension, including its code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of IKOALA INC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HTMLPicker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKOALA INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
